Criminal Litigation:
Mr. Schneider has represented his clients diligently in both Federal and State criminal proceedings. He is an experienced litigator in the areas of white collar crimes, financial fraud, and violent crimes. Mr. Schneider has achieved an impressive litigation record during his work at some of New York's most prominent law firms. Most recently, he represented a professional sports league in a highly publicized criminal investigation by the federal government as well as a construction company implicated in a federal investigation targeting union corruption in New Jersey.

Civil Litigation:
Mr. Schneider worked in the litigation department of some of oldest and most well-respected firms in New York City. As a commercial litigation attorney, Mr. Schneider worked on many high profile cases. Some of his most noteworthy cases include a large New York State developer in an appraisal proceeding to determine the replacement value of several iconic structures that were destroyed during the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, an executive at a Fortune 500 company accused of attempting to spearhead a hostile takeover without the company's consent and a tax professional sued by several investors and investigated by both state and federal authorities.

Appellate Litigation:
In addition to his trial and investigative work, Mr. Schneider is also an experienced appellate attorney in both civil and criminal matters before federal and state court. In 2006, he won a unanimous decision from a New York appellate court reversing his client's conviction for charges of drug possession. The case was featured prominently on the front page of the New York Law Journal.
