Richard Nguyen is dedicated to serving his clients to the fullest extent of their needs. His practice areas range from criminal to antitrust litigation matters. With regard to his criminal law experience, Nguyen has worked on cases in the New York State courts ranging from drug-related felonies to corporate Rico Act violations in the telecommunications industry.

In addition, he has contracted with several of the most prestigious law firms in New York to work on both civil and antitrust litigation matters. These matters pertained to alleged violations of both the Sherman Antitrust Act and the Clayton Antitrust Act pursued by the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. He has also assisted in patent infringement law suits protecting various technology based companies from anti-competitive behavior. Nguyen has additional experience in financial markets that assist the firm in its defense of white collar criminal cases. This experience includes analyzing loan instruments, commercial contracts, marketing reports, and competitive impact reports for such firms as Chadbourne & Parke and O'Melveny & Meyers in compliance with FTC second request and criminal antitrust litigation matters.

Criminal lawyer Nguyen has received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and his juris doctorate from Temple University School of Law. He is admitted to the New York State Bar Association and has received awards from the Baxter Foundation, Alpha Gamma Sigma and other various associations. In addition, he studied international law and international/domestic alternative dispute resolution in Rome. Nguyen has also drafted articles of incorporation/bylaws, instructed boards on formulation and duties, and obtained tax exemption and incorporation status for nonprofit organizations.
